
Japanese Karaage Fried Chicken

Juicy, crispy Japanese-style fried chicken — marinated and coated in our karaage flour for the perfect crunch.
## Ingredients
- Chicken thighs (cubed): 500g
- Jade Leaf Karaage Flour: 100g
- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- Sake or mirin: 1 tbsp
- Ginger (grated): 1 tbsp
- Garlic (minced): 2 cloves
## Instructions
1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, sake, ginger, garlic for 30+ minutes.
2. Pat dry and toss with karaage flour.
3. Fry at 170°C for 4-5 minutes until golden.
4. Rest 2 minutes, then fry again at 180°C for 1-2 minutes for extra crunch.
5. Serve with lemon wedges.

- Double-frying is the secret to lasting crispiness.
- Chicken thighs stay juicier than breast.
