About Bangkok Inter Food

With the knowledge that Thai rice is well-known and accepted worldwide for its taste and high quality, and that Thailand is one of the top rice producers in the world, we saw an opportunity to add value to our country's best-known product. Therefore, Bangkok Inter Food (BIF) was established in 1987 with an aim to manufacture rice-based products, pre-mixed powders and icing sugar under the Bai-Yok and Jing Jo Khoo brands.

Our History

1987

Bangkok Inter Food founded in Sampran, Nakhon Pathom. Began manufacturing rice-based flour products under Bai-Yok (Jade Leaf) and Jing Jo Khoo (Kangaroo) brands.

1994

Added pre-mixed flour product line.

1998

Expanded pre-mixed flour production. Registered for Halal certification with CICOT.

1999

Received HACCP and Thailand's Brand certifications. Joint investment with DAISHO (Thailand) for raw material imports.

2000

Received ISO 9001 Quality Management certification from SGS.

2003

Started manufacturing frozen mochi and frozen gluten-free desserts.

2007

Expanded factory for ready-to-eat frozen food production.

2009

Established Food Service (HORECA) division.

2014

Added noodle, kuzukiri, and rice pasta products.

2016

Received ISO 14001:2015. Launched Gluten Free products.

2020

Received Green Industry Certification.

2024

90+ products, multiple brands, domestic and international markets.
